Termvoy is provided by Thinktive Technology Co., Ltd. It is a client for connecting to and managing devices and servers you are authorized to access. You may use it within the applicable license and purchase entitlements. The app and third-party components remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Apps obtained through the App Store are also subject to relevant store rules and applicable software license terms.
02Your actions and responsibilities
Access only systems you are authorized to use, safeguard your credentials and verify host fingerprints before connecting. Terminal commands, scripts, overwrites, moves and deletions affect the target system. Check targets and contents before acting and back up important data. Do not use the app for unauthorized access, system disruption or other unlawful activities.
03Free and Pro
The macOS free tier allows up to 3 saved hosts and 3 terminal tabs, with basic authentication, fingerprint checks and file browsing. Pro unlocks additional capabilities shown in the app. When access expires, some sessions or tasks may stop; excess hosts, existing keys and logs are not directly deleted solely because access expires. Features and purchase applicability may differ by platform; unreleased features are not promised.
04Subscriptions, lifetime access and payment
The app offers monthly, quarterly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a lifetime one-time purchase. Available plans, periods, prices and currencies are shown in Apple’s purchase confirmation. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled. Lifetime provides the purchased Pro entitlement without recurring renewal; it does not cancel existing subscriptions or promise perpetual hosting or third-party service availability.
05Management, restoration and refunds
Manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple’s subscription settings and restore purchases within the app. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests follow Apple’s process, subject to its rules and your statutory rights. Refunded, revoked or expired transactions may no longer provide Pro access.
06Availability and third-party dependencies
Connections and transfers depend on networks, server settings, permissions and protocol support. iCloud, the App Store and feedback services may also be interrupted. Do not treat sync or session records as your sole backup. Features may change between versions; material entitlement changes will be communicated in the app or on the website.
07Responsibility and statutory rights
We will reasonably maintain the app but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation in every server environment. Responsibility for loss arising from incorrect commands, exposed credentials or third-party failures depends on the circumstances and applicable law. These terms do not exclude or limit liability where the law prohibits doing so, or affect statutory consumer rights.
